Return Policy

Due to the consumable nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for any items, whether opened or unopened.

Exceptions are made only for products that are defective upon arrival or if an error occurred on our part during order fulfillment.

Refund Process

Refunds are only issued for products deemed defective or for orders where an error occurred on our part. Once we confirm the defect or error, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error or a confirmed defective product. Return shipping for defective items or company errors will be covered by us.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the order is subject to our final sales policy, and refunds will only be considered for defective products or company errors.
